The Madisonville Community Council Officers include five positions: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Recording Secretary, and Corresponding Secretary. These positions are elected at the November General Body meeting in odd-numbered years by the Madisonville Community Council membership. The chairperson of each standing committee is also a board member of the Madisonville Community Council. There is a total of thirteen committees: Arts, Park & Recreation, Business & Economic Development, Bylaws, Cleanup & Beautification, Communications, Crime Prevention & Safety, Education, History, Housing, Madisonville Cares, Membership, Transportation and the Madisonville Youth Community Council (MYCC). These positions are appointed by the President of the Madisonville Community Council with approval by the Board of Directors.
